Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement
   By scheduling or commencing work with BGE Electrique, you agree to the scope of work, pricing, and timeframe provided in the project estimate or contract.
2. Payment Terms
   Payments are due as outlined in the invoice or contract. Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services until settled.
3. Licensing and Compliance
   BGE Electrique operates under all applicable electrical codes and licensing requirements. Work performed complies with current safety standards and regulations.
4. Warranty and Liability
   We guarantee workmanship and materials used for a reasonable period as specified in the service agreement. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Project Delays and Changes
   Any changes to scope or schedule must be agreed upon in writing. Delays caused by client decisions or unforeseen circumstances may affect project timelines and costs.
6. Safety and Site Access
   Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the worksite. BGE Electrique is not responsible for site hazards beyond our control.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
   All client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
   Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Outstanding payments for work completed are due immediately upon termination.
